Client Relations

Catering Director - Steve Swindell

Steve is a a 26 year veteran of the restaurant and catering industry. During his tenure, he has owned and operated thirteen different restaurants featuring everything from authentic Japanese sushi to New York Style pizza and traditional Italian cuisine.  His forte is customer service and he is always working behind the scenes to ensure that every request is met with a welcoming smile and genuine concern for your satisfaction.

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS- EMILY BENCE

 As Director of Client Relations, Emily’s goal is to create a seamless and memorable event from start to finish. She has over 10 years of experience in event planning and loves guiding clients through the planning process with clarity, responsiveness and care. Known for her ability to anticipate needs, you can rest assured that even the most complex event will be will turned into an effortless and stress-free experience. 

 

SALES MANAGER - ALEX PINEIRO

With a warm, approachable style and strong attention to detail, Alex guides all our clients through the planning process from the very beginning. She works closely with each client to understand what matters most and build the perfect package and dream dining experience. She offers expert guidance and thoughtful recommendations along the way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable planning experience.

Meet the genius behind our extensive menu offering. With over 15 years of experience in kitchens throughout central and south Texas, John is as passionate about the culinary arts as he is talented! What makes him unique in the culinary world is his ability to execute different types of cuisine in a truly authentic fashion…including real Texas barbecue!  Regardless of what type of cuisine you choose, the result will be an experience that will both impress and delight your guests.

Miriam leads our operations team with precision, care and an unmatched attention to detail. She ensures every event runs smoothly from planning through execution, keeping every moving part organized and on track.
